Konto löschen
So beantragst du die Löschung deines Kontos
- Schreibe eine E-Mail an jhochbrueckner@gmail.com.
- Sende sie von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich bei Leveld angemeldet hast (Apple- oder Google-Konto). Betreff: „Konto löschen“.
- Wir bestätigen dir den Eingang und löschen dein Konto innerhalb eines Monats, wie es die DSGVO vorsieht.
Was gelöscht wird
- Deine Anmeldedaten (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Nutzerkennung)
- Dein Profil: Anzeigename, Profilbild, Geschlecht, Spielniveau, Telefonnummer, Kurzbeschreibung, Spracheinstellung und Verfügbarkeit
- Deine Spielstärke (Elo-Wert) samt Verlauf
Was erhalten bleibt
Ergebnisse von Spielen, an denen du teilgenommen hast, bleiben in der Spielhistorie der anderen Teilnehmer erhalten. Sie sind dann nicht mehr mit deinem Profil verknüpft.

Delete account
How to request deletion of your account
- Send an email to jhochbrueckner@gmail.com.
- Send it from the email address you used to sign in to Leveld (Apple or Google account). Subject: "Delete account".
- We will confirm receipt and delete your account within one month, as required by the GDPR.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in data (name, email address, user identifier)
- Your profile: display name, profile picture, gender, skill level, phone number, bio, language preference and availability
- Your skill rating (Elo value) and its history
What is kept
Results of games you took part in remain in the game history of the other participants. They are no longer linked to your profile.
